本 App 是给 3–8 岁孩子练习英语听说的游戏。我们按"能不收就不收"的原则设计：没有注册账号，没有广告，没有第三方统计或追踪，不出售任何数据。

信息	用来做什么	存在哪里、多久
家长在设置里填写的称呼（孩子的名字、家长称呼、老师称呼、学校名）	把名字放进游戏台词里，例如 "Good morning, Alex!"	保存在手机上。请求台词和语音时会发给我们的服务器用于生成这一句，服务器不保存这些请求。生成好的英文语音会缓存在服务器上以便下次直接播放，其中可能包含你填写的名字。
孩子说话的声音	识别成文字，判断孩子有没有说出这句话	见第 2 节。我们的服务器不保存任何录音。
识别出的文字（例如 "Thank you"）	发给我们的服务器判断说得对不对	服务器只在处理这一次请求时使用，不写日志、不保存。
游戏进度（贴纸、单词口袋、去过的房间、连续天数）	显示孩子的进度	只保存在手机上，删除 App 即删除。
App 运行日志（对话过程、识别结果、错误信息）	排查问题、改进识别	保存在手机上，最多 2MB（超过时自动删掉较旧的部分，只留最新的）。只有家长在设置（长按右上角齿轮 2 秒打开）的"问题反馈"里点"发送反馈"时才会连同家长写的说明发到我们的服务器，上传后手机上的日志即被清空。上传的日志仅用于改进本 App，可应要求删除。
购买记录	判断是否已解锁全部内容	由 Apple 处理和保存。我们拿不到你的支付信息，也不在服务器记录购买。

孩子每说一句话，本 App 按下面的顺序识别，哪一步认出了文字就停止，孩子只需要说一遍：

家长可以在隐藏设置（长按右上角齿轮两秒，再长按"个性化"标题两秒）里选择"只用本机识别"，此时孩子的声音不会离开手机。

孩子的声音和识别出的文字不会发送给任何 AI 聊天模型，也不会用于训练任何模型。

3. 我们使用的服务商

以上服务商只处理完成功能所必需的数据。我们不与任何其他人共享数据。

4. 儿童隐私

本 App 面向儿童。我们不要求孩子提供任何个人信息，不设账号，不展示广告，不使用第三方统计或追踪工具，不链接到外部网站或社交网络（本页这类给家长看的页面除外）。设置和购买都放在"家长门槛"之后。家长填写的名字只用于生成台词。

Bula School Privacy Policy

Effective: October 16, 2026 · Applies to the iOS app "Bula School"

Bula School is an English listening-and-speaking game for children aged 3–8. There are no accounts, no ads, no third-party analytics or tracking, and we never sell data.

What we process

Names entered by the parent (child, parent, teacher, school) are stored on the device and sent to our server only to generate a line of dialogue. Requests are not stored; the generated English audio is cached on our server and may contain the name you entered.
The child's voice is turned into text so the game can tell whether the child said the line. Our server never stores recordings (see below).
Recognised text is sent to our server to check the answer and is not logged or stored.
Progress (stickers, words, rooms visited) stays on the device.
Diagnostic logs stay on the device (max 2 MB; older entries are dropped automatically) and are uploaded to our server only when a parent taps "Send feedback" in Settings (hold the gear for 2 seconds), together with the note they write; the local copy is then cleared. Uploaded logs are used only to improve the app and are deleted on request.
Purchases are handled by Apple. We do not receive payment details or record purchases on our server.

Where the child's voice goes

Each sentence is recognised in this order, stopping as soon as one step returns text, so the child speaks only once: (1) on-device Apple speech recognition — audio stays on the phone; (2) Apple cloud speech recognition, if on-device recognition is unavailable; (3) Microsoft Azure speech recognition, relayed through our server in memory only, never stored. Parents can choose "on-device only" in the hidden settings. The child's voice and text are never sent to any AI chat model and never used to train models.

Service providers

Apple (speech recognition, in-app purchase), Microsoft Azure (text-to-speech, speech recognition), Cloudflare (network delivery). Our own server is in the United States. We share no data with anyone else.

Children's privacy

We do not ask children for personal information. There are no accounts, ads, third-party analytics, tracking, or links to external sites or social networks for the child. Settings and purchases are behind a parental gate.

Your choices

Deleting the app deletes all settings, progress and logs on the device. To delete uploaded logs or cached audio, or for any question, contact us below; we respond within 30 days.
